Return Policy
While every care is taken in packaging and delivery, should an item arrive damaged, please contact us at info@velvetsplashgifts.com.au within 5 days of receipt of your order prior to sending the damaged good/s back. We will gladly exchange the damaged item for a replacement.
Velvet Splash will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising after the delivery has taken place. This includes, but not limited to, loss or damage resulting from unattended addresses where instructions have been given to leave the gift in a certain place (eg at the back door).

Each Velvet Splash gift is attractively packaged/wrapped ready to give to the recipient. Every care will be given to ensure your gift arrives in perfect condition every time.
If your gift is to be sent directly to another party please ensure that you provide correct mailing details for that person. Please also provide the message you would like written on the gift tag (e.g. “To Nik, Happy Birthday, with love Amy xxx).
