Our gifts are delivered by Australia Post. Orders are generally dispatched by mail the same day, or next business day, from receipt of the order. Generally orders placed after 1pm on Friday afternoon will be sent out on Monday, also orders placed over the weekend will also be sent out on Monday. A flat rate of $7.50 will be charged Australia wide per gift. If you would like an order sent via Express Post please let us know.
Please note that deliveries ARE NOT possible on weekends or public holidays and delivery to country areas may incur additional shipping time.
Orders will not be dispatched until payment in full has been received by Velvet Splash Gifts.
Please ensure you have entered the correct delivery address, if different from the billing address.
We recommend a work delivery address for the gift recipient as most people are not home during the day to receive freight. If the recipient is not home and the postman feels that it is not safe to leave the gift, you may incur an additional fee for delivery or will have to collect it from the nearest Post Office.
Every effort will be made to deliver your gift on your preferred day however due to circumstances beyond of our control this will not always be possible.
CANCELLATIONS
Orders generally leave our business premises within 24 hours of receiving the order, therefore cancellation or alteration will not be accepted after this period.
If you have placed an order and wish to cancel please contact Velvet Splash Gifts on info@velvetsplashgifts.com.au immediately. It is too late to cancel an order once it is in the hands of Australia Post.
